Gambaku Dome, Hiroshima
Hiroshima is (or was) a city located near the southern tip of Japan.
Little is known about the city outside of its real-world contemporary history. All that is known about the city in the Starship Troopers universe is that it and its city fathers were "destroyed".
It is unclear if the mention of its destruction referred to the Second World War atomic bombing of the city or a subsequent event in Earth's future history.
