Marlow is the old-school fleet officer and commanding officer of Valley Forge, the starship to which Alpha Squad was assigned. He was looking forward to retirement before the Bug War began.
History[]
Marlow commanded the Valley Forge during the entire course of the Bug War. He has on occasion left the starship to assist in dropship flights to planets, in the case of the Pluto Campaign, to retrieve scientists as well as his top flight officers Major Barcalow and Lieutenant Ibanez from the McHenry Outpost. Commander Marlow was also involved in numerous other missions throughout the campaigns involving the Roughnecks including locating and terminating the Transport Bug carrying the Bug Queen to Earth.
